• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with adding value to business process with achieving business goals.
• Architect AI solutions technologies leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processes.
• Lead the development, training, and deployment of AI models to solve complex business problems and promote efficiency.
• Work directly with end users via digital whiteboard tools such as Visio, Adobe XD, PowerPoint, Figma, to elicit requirements through discussion and feedback loops.
• Oversee data management collection, preprocessing and management to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Integrate AI technology solutions with existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless operation and maximum impact.
• Foster innovation and research of the latest AI trends and technologies within the team by performing market research, evaluating technical AI platforms, performing “alpha” testing of AI platforms, and recommending potential AI platforms for use at the NIA.
• Collaborate closely with end-users, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high-quality AI technical solutions.
• Maintain Al models and processes in compliance with regulations and standards through documentation.  
• Develop solution approach presentations for enterprise prototypes initiatives, through proof of concepts
• Hands on technologist with intellectual curiosity who can design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.

• 3 -5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of architecting and deploying AI solutions.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of data processing and analysis tools (Hadoop, Spark, SQL).
• Experience with AI ethics and data privacy regulations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage projects, and deliver results.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and resources.
• Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results
• Experience in understanding business needs, and solving complex problems
• Flexibility to work with teams, individuals, executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud technologies.

Clearance:

• The ability to obtain a government moderate background security clearance or Public Trust

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to 114,500.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
