Job Overview 

We are currently seeking a motivated, outgoing, and upbeat Product Trainer.  In this role, you will have a view of the best use of our Product.  Working closely with our internal teams as well as our customers to ensure they know how to use the product and increase adoption. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Training Requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create and maintain training documentation
  • Create and maintain eLearning courses
  • Develop and deliver external training either for a single client or multiple at once
  • Work with client-facing teams to assess and eliminate gaps in Product Knowledge

Requirements & Skills:

  • Strong English Communication Skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to complete Training Requests submitted by colleagues across the organization
  • Ability to edit/record training content and process via an approval structure
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce

Education:                         

  • Some college
