Airbnb is powered by our Host and Guest communities. Our teams work on everything from driving improvements for the end-to-end Host and Guest experience to launching new product verticals from the ground up. Our job is to build world-class, comprehensive platforms and features to create high-quality experiences for our outstanding community of Hosts and Guests.
Our Pricing team focuses on building the platform and tools to help hosts present their listings in the best light with the optimal merchandising and pricing driven by market insights. We partner with key teams across the company such as Search, Listings, Tax, Payments, and many others.
The Difference You Will Make:
As a senior technical individual contributor, you will partner closely with our senior leaders across the broader technical organization. Although you will be at one of our highest levels of seniority, all individual contributors at Airbnb are Software Engineers which means we expect you to be hands-on and contribute code.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
