Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business or related field, Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience, including prospecting, profiling and acquiring new clients, Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience in field sales (+5 people), Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
Key responsabilities:
- Ensure team meets monthly sales targets through door-to-door visits
- Lead field sales team in profiling, route creation, lead generation, and sales closure for new Middle Market customers
- Monitor KPI compliance, analyze reports daily, make timely decisions for adjustments
- Execute full sales process from cold prospecting to closure through consultative selling
