- Implement and meticulously maintain streamlined recruitment processes, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and accelerating speed-to-hire metrics.
- Conduct rigorous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) encompassing SLAs, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire, while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Proactively cultivate and nurture enduring client relationships, adeptly addressing any concerns and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrably successful experience in a managerial role within the IT Technology Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and consistently delivering on recruitment projects, meeting or surpassing all agreed-upon SLAs.
- In-depth comprehension of the RPO business model and a firm grasp of industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Unwavering ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adhere to stringent deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in a comprehensive suite of recruitment software solutions, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
