DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities and tasks within this role include:

• Working in a self-organized team
  
• Creating documentation and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration
  
• Solving technical and conceptual challenges
  
• Understanding stakeholder needs and conveying them to developers
  
• Ensuring system safety and security against cybersecurity threats
  
• Deploying updates and fixes, and providing Level 2 technical support
  
• Installing, maintaining, and supporting our customers
  
• Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure
  
• Automating and improving development and release processes
  
• Testing and examining the impact of code written by others
  
• Building tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience
  
• Performing root cause analysis of production errors and resolving technical issues
  
• Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
  
  

Requirements

Experience and skills required to excel at Roboyo:

• Fluency in English. 
  
• Completion of studies in information technology, such as computer science or business informatics, or similar qualifications
  
• Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role
  
• Proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps platform
  
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Microservices environment
  
• Good knowledge of .NET Framework and Azure
  
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  
• Problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit
  
• Proficiency in technologies including Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and Azure
  
• Familiarity with modern methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and continuous integration or delivery
  
• Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience
  
• High standards for quality and a hands-on mentality, with a desire for a startup environment.
