Account Executive Inside - International

Location: Fully Remote, USA with Asia, Australia and LATAM travel

Job Overview:

ExploreLearning is hiring! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Account Executive to partner with us in achieving our ambitious sales goals for our cutting-edge math and science curriculum products (Gizmos/Reflex/Science4Us/Frax). As an International Account Executive, you will be responsible for new account development, sales forecasting and reporting, strategic planning, and gap analysis. This role requires a valid passport and a commitment to extensive international travel, targeting sales coverage across Asia, Australia and Latin America.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets by expanding existing business and developing new business opportunities.

  • Work autonomously to gain proficiency in our math and science products and acquire in-depth knowledge of the education market within your assigned territory.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to high-level decision-makers, effectively persuading and closing business via online presentation tools.

  • Enhance product knowledge and selling skills by attending all sales meetings and training sessions.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer database records, and up-to-date sales forecasts.

  • Submit complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner.

  • Stay informed of funding opportunities in your assigned territory and keep districts and management updated on critical deadlines.

  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with management, inside and field sales associates, and other ExploreLearning department staff.

  • Represent the company at conferences and trade shows, as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is highly preferred, or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of consultative sales experience; international sales experience is a plus.

  • Experience with the Asian markets, especially China is highly preferred

  • Valid passport and the ability to travel up to 75% internationally.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Experience or background in the K-12 education market with a focus on math or science curriculum is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of K-12 online curriculum products and services is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

  • Ability to sell effectively via telephone and personal contact.

  • Demonstrated confidence, motivation, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • A dynamic commitment to customer service and quality.

  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills; familiarity with international cultures is advantageous for this role.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
