Job Summary:
Workit Health is seeking a remote, Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team in a fast-paced start-up environment. This role will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development to support, and improve areas of the recruitment process and candidate experience. From resume review and phone interviews to proactive candidate outreach, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in the full-lifecycle recruitment process and work with other HR team members on various ad hoc requests as needed. This position will play an important role in being an advocate and professional representative of Workit Health.
Core Responsibilities:
Learn and implement the foundations of recruitment best practices
Assist with full-lifecycle recruitment including but not limited to the following:
Resume review for open positions
Conduct phone screens
Source candidates from various channels
Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview team
Act as the main point of contact with candidates from application to onboarding
Partner with the People Ops Specialist in managing the candidate onboarding process Standardize interview processes and questions within our ATS, Jobvite
Candidate search and outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter
Review and design new templates for recruitment and onboarding
Participate in hosting HR Orientation for new hires
Ad hoc administrative requests as needed from members of HR team
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment capacity within an HR / People Operations team
Ability to collaborate and professionally engage with internal and external clients
Proactive and curious approach to problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
The ability and willingness to complete several concurrent tasks with attention to time constraints, quality and sufficient detail
Expertise with Google Suite products and experience creating documents and presentations for a professional audience
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
Experience with recruiting best practices
Passion for learning about behavioral health
Desire to become certified in HR/People
Desire for career in HR/People
