We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Content Team Lead/Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have a total of 8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion dedicated to team management. This role involves overseeing content creation, collaborating with courseware creators, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of content projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project specifications and develop comprehensive blueprints.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and establish clear project objectives.
Work closely with content curators, Video editors, and subject matter experts to understand project requirements and objectives.
Review and approve content outlines, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Provide constructive feedback to content creators to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for communication with courseware creators, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns, facilitate feedback, and maintain positive working relationships.
