Job description

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Strategy to lead the Arbitrum Foundation into its next phase of growth and innovation. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of blockchain technology and steer the strategic direction of a pioneering organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic agenda, identifying and executing against strategic opportunities, and working cross functionally to grow our ecosystem..

Key Requirements

Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategy for the Arbitrum Foundation, ensuring alignment with our mission and values. Lead the organization in identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities that drive growth and innovation for the broader ecosystem.

Execution and Performance: Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives. Ensure operational excellence and the achievement of key performance indicators. Foster a results-oriented culture that prioritizes accountability and continuous improvement

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, key opinion leaders, and the broader blockchain community. Serve as the public face of the Arbitrum Foundation, representing our interests and advocating for our vision.
