Qualifications:
Sales Incentive Analyst
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in compensation or incentive compensation
Demonstrated competency in incentive plan modeling and administration.
Proficiency with data access tools such as MS Excel, SQL, etc.
Sales Incentive Analyst Senior
At least 5 years of professional experience in compensation or incentive compensation
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business environments.
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Administer monthly/ quarterly incentive plans, capture data, calculate payments, and communicate with plan participants
Ensure data integrity for incentive payments and reporting
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Sales Operations, Sales Management, Financial Accounting, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to support sales metrics reporting
Assist in training sales ops and sales staff on Sales Performance Management tool (Xactly)
Provide support for managers and supervisors on incentive-related human resources issues
Recommend sales compensation policy, practices, and programs to support sales effectiveness strategy
The expected hiring range for a Sales Incentive Analyst is $68,000 - $90,000 annually and the Sales Incentive Analyst Senior is $82,500 - $111,600 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for these positions is 10%. The current full salary range for the Sales Incentive Analyst role is $64,000 - 104,000 and the Sales Incentive Analyst Senior is $77,000 - $127,000. #LI-remote
