Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to join our Reverse Tech remote team. You will play a crucial role in building and scaling our data platform. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across all of Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions.

Requirements

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines in DBT, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data quality.
• Work closely with Data Engineers to leverage raw data loaded into BigQuery and transform it into structured datasets ready for analysis.
• Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and insights for business stakeholders.
• Provide clean models to our Data Scientists and propose new variables to be included for our Customer Lifetime Value forecasting and other machine learning projects.

Skills needed:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an Analytics Engineer or similar role, with expertise in DBT and Tableau (BigQuery is a plus).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling concepts and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
