About The Position

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to lead our European top-of-the-funnel activities. You will be required to combine strong communication skills with an ambitious, goal-oriented approach to business development. By combining inbound and outbound activities, you will support the Europe sales funnel by generating new business opportunities


Responsibilities

  •  Booking qualified meetings for Account Managers to generate top-of-funnel opportunities.
  • Identification, qualification, and nurturing of inbound leads
  • Plan and execute outreach efforts, including call scripts, email correspondence, pitches, and other outreach materials.
  • Develop and deliver Personetics' value propositions and differentiation strategies
  • Ensure accurate data entry, tracking, and maintenance using CRM, Salesforce, and SalesLoft.
  • Conduct market research, provide feedback, and share knowledge.
  • Develop and grow new business relationships with influential focal points
  • Develop territory plans in conjunction with Account Executives
  • Establish a clear and defined qualification process

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B BDR/SDR Enterprise
  • Finance, banking, and fintech experience are a plus
  • Proven track record of generating new business opportunities for enterprise customers
  • Native English speaker is a must as well as fluency in German
  • An ambitious, results-oriented, structured, and data-driven individual with great communication skills
