Company Description

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Sales Specialist to contribute to Sigma Software University's development. You will be a part of an expert Learning & Development team of specialists promoting educational products in Ukrainian and international markets. Our ideal candidate is a determined personality with high dedication and a keen sense of responsibility who can lead projects and contribute to the growth of an educational platform. We expect you to be proficient in sales, have experience in Sales (experience in IT domain or education products would be a plus) as well as have excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English. 

Job Description
  • Conduct the full sales cycle 

  • Identify new business opportunities according to market trends analysis and understand  competitor activity and customer needs 

  • Organize and conduct online meetings with potential clients 

  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement 

  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps 

Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in Sales (experience in IT domain or with education products would be a plus) 

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken) 

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people, leadership skills 

  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions 

  • Good analytical skills and a fast learner 

  • Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with a solid understanding of sales process management
