Job Description

We are actively seeking a seasoned Product Operations Manager to join a froward-thinking remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for envisioning and executing complex product processes aligned with our companywide strategy, delivering across Benafralux markets, and building strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Visioning: Define vision and complex problem statements for product processes, aligning with defined business outcomes and companywide strategy.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market insight analysis, define performance KPIs, and develop product requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communications: Manage stakeholder communications, process discovery, initiatives, and programs roadmap, supporting the product lifecycle with Product Team partners.
  • Cross-Market Delivery: Oversee a comprehensive process or multiple processes that could be delivered across more than one market.
  • Leadership Opportunities: Engage in challenging tasks and leadership opportunities, driving innovation and excellence within the team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong and long-term relationships with customers (both internal and external), maintaining commitment and managing expectations.
  • Team Communication: Facilitate communication inside the team and between teams both within and outside the Domain, adapting complex ideas and concepts to be understood by various stakeholders.
  • Storytelling: Utilize storytelling to engage and inspire audience, using narratives and examples to convey complex concepts, product strategies, and customer value.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in managing and influencing a global distributed team of stakeholders within a matrix structure is desirable.
  • 2-3 years of involvement in constructing high-impact processes across various products.
  • Experience bringing clarity to situations with a high level of complexity.
  • Familiarity with the basic terminology used by Engineering Mangers, Software Engineers and QA Engineers.
  • A strong passion for scalability, with an inclination towards achieving long-term value and specific outcomes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business strategies and essential metrics.
  • Competence in thinking and acting both strategically and tactically.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and function effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude marked by a readiness to take action and the capacity to adapt to extreme ambiguity and a fast-changing environment.
  • Fluent in English and French.
