What We Are Looking For

The ACH & Share Draft Support Specialist I in Core Services is a support role and/or a intermediate level in Core Conversions. This position is responsible for ACH (both incoming Federal Reserve ACH and ACH Origination) interface and batch job configuration, Share Draft interface and batch job configuration, ACH and Share Draft-related client training, and support of ACH and Share Draft UAT and parallel processing. It entails extensive information gathering, documenting, educating, and communicating on the details of processing ACH and Share Draft in KeyStone. 


The ACH & Share Draft Support Specialist I will work heavily with clients and will collaborate with Development, Core Services, and Project Management staff. This position must demonstrate a high level of collaboration and teamwork. This position works with supervisory direction and may require assistance from Conversion Strategists.


The role may also take on the responsibilities of a Conversion Support Specialist I as department needs dictate. Those responsibilities include database validation and batch job support during conversion projects.

Requirements

  

· Engage with the client to configure and test ACH and Share Draft activities in KeyStone as part of the conversion process. Includes detailed review of the client’s process, file delivery, file structure, origination specifics, as well as configuration of related interfaces and batch jobs, training on KeyStone import, post, exception review, and export process. 

· Lead the client in user acceptance testing and parallel processing activities for ACH and Share Draft.

· Provide Developer account-find logic instructions based on client testing results.

· Work with Conversion Strategist if conversion mapping elements are identified, such as ACH Origination records or ACH Lookup records.

· Act as a liaison between clients and Development. 

· Collaborate with team members to provide timely and accurate updates for our clients and internal staff. 

· Actively listen to clients and gather credit union business details in order to know exactly what they need.

· Communicate clearly and positively with clients at all times.

· Provide consistent JIRA management and follow-up.

· Demonstrate basic concepts of database mapping and configuration. 

· Provide documentation including data standards, external and internal procedures. 

· Stay up-to-date with changes, releases, and enhancements in KeyStone. 

· Demonstrate proficiency in writing basic technical specifications for custom account-find logic. 

· Participate in knowledge development and perform teach back sessions specific to ACH and Share Draft.

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned, which may include the responsibilities of the role of Conversion Support Specialist I as department needs dictate.

Education
 (1) A two-year college degree or (2) completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) job specific skills acquired through on-the-job training.
