We are looking for a dedicated Russian speaking Collections Agent to join our remote team. If you have experience in customer service and are ready to transition into a debt collection role, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service in a B2C sector. Preferably, in a field similar to debt collection.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers, resolve conflicts, and negotiate payment plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of state and federal collections laws and regulations (preferred).

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off on weekdays.
  • 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
