Finance Program manager
The Team
Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting,optimal financial management, and efficient operations. The team consists of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Operations, Investor Relations, and Business Operations. The Finance team partners across all organizations to appropriately allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and facilitate the execution of our operational plans.
This position
As a Finance Program Manager you will act as a Program manager to drive various finance initiatives in support of Client's fast-growing business and
global expansion. You will seek innovative solutions to guide the evolution of Finance capabilities. You will be a thought partner to influence leadership and
ensure we prioritize projects aligned with our strategic goals and use resources wisely.
Responsibilities
Lead key initiatives and delivery of a wide range of projects that drives business growth in support of the broader Finance organization's vision
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including partnership with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, IT, Sales Ops, Customer Success,
Tax, Legal and other functions to carry out key deliverables and achieve business objectives
Own an extensive portfolio of programs ensuring that finances objectives are sufficiently represented in requirements gathering, development, and
testing.
Design and carry out an execution plan for all finance programs leveraging best practices, change management methods, and key metrics for assessing
progress
Establish critical path analysis, schedules, budgets, and staffing to manage support of finance programs
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Finance/Business, Data science or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of relevant Finance or program management experience
with proven track record of leading large complex, cross-functional projects
A mindset of "People First"; Ability to foster collaboration among siloed departments
Ability to navigate organization and systems to "get things done"; Be willing to roll up your sleeves
Exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills, especially to an executive audience
Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
Strong skills in Google Office Suite, Jira, and other program management softwares
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and deliver results even in ambiguous situations
Presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional and executive audiences
Salary
70 - 75 USD (Per Hour)
