Your missions

1.     Provide IT support Desktop related technical assistance.

2.     Providing desk side support for local users and remote assistance for users.

3.     Monitor, track and respond to customer satisfaction survey responses.

4.     Should be good in Windows Support, Outlook Support, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.

5.     OS Troubleshooting, Outlook Troubleshooting and Configuration

6.     Should have good communication and technical knowledge.
