About The Role:

The Account Manager I is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers in the Commercial Lines Digital Service Insurance division. This role supports the development of client relationships, promote services, and assist in remarketing efforts for our clients. The Account Manager I will also maintain relationships with other insurance professionals to support the business needs of their clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers.

  • Support the development of relationships with clients and learn client business needs.

  • Promote services, design portfolios and solutions for potential clients, advise potential clients, and perform other consultative activities.

  • Work to maintain relationships with other professionals through which the employer indirectly increases its market share.

  • Collaborate with the Account Executive, Producer, and/or more senior Account Manager to achieve sales and service goals.

  • ·      Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients.

  • ·         Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • ·         Continuously develop product and client knowledge to engage with customers effectively.

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed or able to be licensed to market and bind coverage within 90 days.

  • Works under the support and supervision of the Account Executive, Producer, and/or more senior Account Manager.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with AMS or related software

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Can manage multi customer related activities simultaneously

 

Education/Experience:

  • College/University degree preferred

  • Minimum 2-year of personal lines or commercial experience

  • Demonstrated success managing assigned customer block

Pay Details:

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
