We're looking for an Account Manager to join the small, founding team at FERMAT.
The Account Management group manages all of FERMAT’s customers as they onboard and scale their usage on the platform. We help equip them with knowledge of how to implement FERMAT, solve their technical requirements, and showcase the ROI of a business adopting this product vs. individual stakeholders. Strong customer-facing skills, problem solving and client management skills are key here, as the goal will be focused on increasing usage on the platform.
You are passionate about paid media, growth and performance. We’re looking for someone who has a demonstrated passion for the eCommerce space, specifically around growth, ad-buying and performance marketing, or, experience in management consulting, investment banking and other fields.
You have experience in sales, customer success, and/or onboarding support roles. You’re comfortable presenting and speaking to customers over video. You have experience managing customer relationships to drive mutually valuable outcomes for both the customer and the company.
You know how to get results. You thrive under situations where you have measurable outcomes that impact the growth of the company. You’re no stranger to measurements like growing NRR, feature adoption, and growing spend on the platform.
You are passionate about customers. You are driven by the customer. Their outcomes are at the heart of everything you do. You have experience building and maintaining relationships with complex, multi-threaded customers.
You thrive in ambiguity and can operate independently . You’ll have to create and balance a full schedule of speaking with customers, reporting on findings, and thinking about how you can be more effective with each customer. You’re great at managing your own schedule with minimal supervision, and can proactively ask for help where needed.

Things You’ll Do
The required skills for this position will be a blend of technical understanding of FERMAT, and 50% account development where you'll help customers see the positive impacts of FERMAT automation on their business.
Grow account usage — get them to value as soon as possible, and help them scale their spend
Report back on ROI and impact proactively, and manage communications across stakeholder base
Share tips and tricks on how other businesses are leveraging FERMAT across their teams, and what outcomes they’ve been able to deliver by doing so.
Work with internal product, sales and engineering stakeholders in a collaborative way to grow adoption of the product
Allocate up to 20% of your time traveling for in-person client meetings
