Key responsabilities:

  • Proactively monitor competition strategies & offerings, analyze industry trends. Develop/maintain competitive intelligence database, track competitor market share. Compare solutions to competitors, provide timely updates on dynamics.
  • Track industry trends, develop competitive resources like battlecards. Support the development of competitive positioning and messaging.

We are looking for Competitive Intelligence Analyst to play a crucial role in providing strategic insights to our organization.  Your focus will be on monitoring competitors, analyzing industry trends, and helping us stay ahead in the market. 
 
Responsibilities 
·                   Proactively monitor the competition to understand their strategies, go-to-market motions, product offerings, and directions. 
·                   Develop and maintain a comprehensive competitive intelligence database tracking competitor market share, products, pricing, trends, and activities.   
·                   Track market and industry trends across Extreme served markets and adjacencies, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape changes. 
·                   Compare our solutions to those of competitors, supporting the development of competitive positioning and messaging. 
·                   Provide timely and relevant updates on competitor and market dynamics. 
·                   Develop and maintain competitive resources such as battlecards and other sales enablement assets. 
 
Requirements

·                   Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
·                   Advanced research and investigative skills across a variety of media. 
·                   Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from complex data sets. 
·                   Ability to synthesize relevant information and communicate concisely. 
·                   Self-directed and detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills. 
·                   Proven sensitivity toward confidentiality with an understanding of corporate policies and guidelines that impact legal and ethical conduct and competitive intelligence practices.
