Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years of equivalent experience, Strong commitment to customer service, Detail orientated with strong organization skills, Working knowledge of Annuity Products, Excellent communication skills both oral and written, Background in Operations/Financial Services experience preferred, Series 6 and 63 preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Support existing IMO's leaders and agents
- Establish strong working relationships internally
- Manage escalations and follow-up activities
- Maintain knowledge of annuity market trends
- Partner with product and distribution for strategic initiatives
- Extensive travel required
