Job Details:

  • Working in the Credit Risk team, you will be using multiple data sources and analytical tools to develop and optimise credit risk management strategies for long term profitability.
  • Develop, monitor and optimise acquisition strategies to drive commercial results whilst preserving customer outcomes, regulatory compliance and reputational integrity.
  • Provide analysis and inputs for Trading, Committees, Regulatory reporting and other ad-hoc management requests
  • Helping to increase automation across the acquisition decisioning journey, through data-driven insights and technical analysis.
  • Support development of new personal lending products and propositions, with a focus on the formation of suitable credit risk strategies.
  • This is a hybrid opportunity - you will be expected to be based at one of our office locations in Leicester, Bexhill, London but only one day per week.

Skills we would love you to have:

  • Strong SQL or SAS skills preferred but Python or R will also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a credit risk or similar analytical role.
  • Experience in the financial sector with credit risk management skills very favourable.
  • strong initiate, independent mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
