Position Title: Art Worker

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Schedule: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT

Summary:

As an Artworker, your role involves retouching, reworking, and fixing designs, customizing typography, color balancing, resizing documents, and eliminating any inconsistencies. You will bring a keen eye for detail to spot potential problems and ensure designs are suitable for various formats and channels, including digital design, websites, e-marketing, digital media, and print. You will work closely with a creative team from project inception to completion, ensuring the artwork aligns with the client's brief and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Provide precise input and support to an agency or design studio

• Liaise with external printers, acting as a point of contact for the artwork department

• Prepare and save all artwork in the correct format for print

• Raise issues with customer artwork to the sales team

• Correct and format documents before sending them to printers

• Impose variable print files for digital print

• Set up customer logos/artwork on proofing sheets

• Flexibly learn and adapt to unfamiliar subjects as required
