About the Client: 
We’re Peak Design, and we design, build, and sell photography and lifestyle products all over the world. You might also recognize us from other websites like Kickstarter, where we've launched all our products across 10 campaigns, earning the title of the
most crowdfunded company in existence.

Job Summary: 
Peak Design’s brand and product design is recognized around the world for its thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and high standard of quality. Help us translate those values to the user interface and customer experience on our website by building and maintaining website and merchandising graphics.

Responsibilities: 
  • Design work to merchandise and iterate on peakdesign.com (Figma, Shopify, Pack Digital)
  • Designing and building ad landing pages.
  • Setting up new a/b tests and CRO experiments.
  • Design work to support new product launches and campaigns
  • Preparing web ready product assets
  • Using Shopify admin to setup PDPs, organize product assets, and QA the experience.
  • Using Pack Digital to iterate on PDPs, add feature callouts and run tests.
  • Working with a library of components to merchandize products and improve conversion rates.


Requirements
Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented graphic designer with experience in web UI/UX design.
  • Experience working within design system frameworks to create prototypes.
  • Experience creating responsive designs across multiple display sizes.
  • Awesome at communicating, both written and verbally.
  • You can design but you can also talk about design.
  • Confident user of the Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, photoshop, indesign) and Figma
  • ​Excited to interface with other teams both internally and externally for some fun projects.
  • Self-starter. We operate with as little structure as possible, and as a result things generally make more sense at Peak Design to folks who can turn a vague idea into a tangible asset with limited input.
  • Obsession with detail but commitment to larger, strategic vision.
  • Great people skills. Lots of talking and working with other teams.
  • Great organization skills.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management software is a plus.
