Com quem você trabalhará? 

No time MSA (Maintenance Service Agreement) em  São Luis - Maranhão (Equipe que suportará nossas operações no cliente).

Como você irá fazer a diferença? 

Como membro do time do MSA, você será responsável por interagir com o cliente fornecendo suporte técnico durante todas as fases da manutenção, garantido que os padrões WABTEC estão sendo cumpridos em todas as fases da execução.

  

O que queremos saber sobre você? 

  • Curso Técnico em Mecânico ou Eletetrotécnico  

  • Vivência na área de Manutenção de Locomotivas

  • Habilitação para dirigir automóveis (B)

Desejável:

  • Inglês intermediário
     

 

Como será o seu dia-a-dia? 

  • Realizar assistência técnica em campo nos produtos dos clientes, prestando orientações sobre as especificações técnicas e assegurando o adequado funcionamento da frota docliente 

  • Analisar peças, conjuntos e partes de locomotivas avariadas e/ou com mau funcionamento, a fim de identificar causas e detectar procedência de garantia.  

  • Orientar funcionalmente equipes de manutenção dos clientes, nas atividades de conserto de locomotivas em garantia, evitando ou minimizando paradas operacionais.  

  • Prestar suporte ao processo de comissionamento de locomotivas novas em campo, fornecendo suporte técnico inicial para a operação do cliente.  

  • Investigar causa raiz de não conformidades apresentadas nos produtos, por meio de metodologias específicas de análise e solução de problemas, elaborando relatórios aos clientes e reportando para as áreas envolvidas.  

  • Garantir a satisfação do cliente quanto às soluções de assistência técnica de acordo com as métricas de atendimento, prazo, performance e qualidade definidas pela área.  

  • Atuar conforme padronização de processos, ferramentas e procedimentos referentes à Assistência Técnica, contribuindo na melhoria deles.  

  • Cumprir as diretrizes de integridade e Compliance, bem como as normas e procedimentos de EHS da companhia
