Luminary Group is seeking a talented Field Application Specialist to join our client and provide technical expertise and support to customers in the bioprocessing industry across Central Europe. As a Field Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative bioprocessing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities for bioprocessing solutions, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops to educate customers on the usage and benefits of bioprocessing products and technologies.
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing the performance of bioprocessing systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and developing customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing, attending conferences and training programs to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and market intelligence to provide insights for product development, marketing strategies, and future business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Technical Support to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the improvement of products and services.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals, application notes, and technical presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field.
