Your missions

  • Work with the Chief Learning Officer to design world class learning experiences (self paced and Instructor-Led) for our employees and clients through our in-house University  
  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including lesson plans, presentations, assessments, activities, and multimedia resources
  • Work in conjunction with the different departments to conduct needs assessments to identify learning goals, objectives, and learner needs, and use findings to inform curriculum development
  • Review and revise curriculum materials to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with standards and requirements
  • Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets, and communicating progress to stakeholders
  • Conduct Train the Trainer sessions for new materials in preparation for its launch into training delivery
  • Design and Create Training content for Clients who avail of the service

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in content development and learning design
  • Experience in building Learning Plans (Organizational Development)
  • Experience building training materials from scratch and turning them into full-fledged training agendas
  • Proficiency in using content-building tools   
  • Preferably with Official Certification in Learning and Module Design
  • Preferably background in Leadership Development is a plus
