As a Mixed Reality Game Designer, you will help create game mechanics, systems, and levels for mixed reality games using games using bleeding edge technology, while maintaining a player-first mentality for our games.
Here's what you can expect:
Profile Preselection: Our Talent Acquisition team will review your profile to ensure it aligns with our requirements and values
Talent Acquisition Interview: Selected candidates will undergo an initial interview to discuss about their experience, skills, and fit for the role.
Online Test: Qualified candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment to demonstrate their abilities.
Technical Interview: Finalists will participate in a technical interview to assess their proficiency and compatibility with our team when a project staffing plan is made.

The Quest:
  • Create engaging features for mixed reality games.
  • Balancing mechanics and difficulty.
  • Aid in creating first-time user experiences and guiding players on innovative technology.
  • Aid in researching, conducting surveys and playtesting rounds.
  • Hands on game engines like Unity and Unreal engine, working on scripting, balancing, and testing ideas, features and ensuring correct implementation of documented designs.
The Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in game design or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in game design, with a focus on VR/AR or innovation.
  • Proficiency in Unity engine, Unreal engine, or comparative.
  • Strong portfolio highlighting a range of games.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding Agile development and milestone-based projects.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teams across the world.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and software (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in XR development is a plus.
  • Experience with virtual reality prototyping tools, such as Shapes XR is a plus.
