Job description

Working as a Lead eCommerce Oracle ATG Manager, you will:

  • Take ownership of the eCommerce Oracle ATG scope, providing overall leadership, guidance, and direction on approach, execution, and delivery
  • Work with business application stakeholders to ensure tactical business-IT alignment and timely delivery of agreed scopes
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and frameworks, including RFP and architecture decision processes
  • Ensure quality status reporting for the entire App scope and successful App migration delivery as part of the IT TSA Exit program

Qualifications

  • Extensive understanding of Oracle ATG eCommerce architecture, features, and capabilities.
  • Proven experience in administrating, configuring, and optimizing Oracle ATG platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing eCommerce Oracle ATG projects.
  • Experience working with business application stakeholders to ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with business goals.
  • Experience ensuring adherence to quality standards and frameworks, including RFP processes and architectural decisions.
  • Proven track record of successful application migrations and delivery within set deadlines.
  • Experience in taking ownership of project scopes and driving successful outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining high-quality standards in all project deliverables.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.

We offer

  • Rate up to 270,00 PLN/h + VAT
  • Remote work from Poland, but in the initial phase of the project, visits to Boston every 2 weeks are required (2-3 days), later occasionally.
