My responsibilities:
  • providing 2nd level support regarding Active Directory for ALDI International countries (Europe, United States, Australia)
  • analysis, classification and solving system failures
  • handling incidents, requests and changes
  • taking part in certificate management
  • improving processes (documentation, automation)
  • cooperate with national and international IT departments
The knowledge I own:
  • strong English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
  • solid knowledge of Windows Server systems
  • strong experience in Active Directory Administration and Certificate Administration
  • knowledge in program languages like PowerShell and VBScript
  • completed or ongoing education in the field of IT
  • well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
  • can work in a multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays
