Oracle Sales Performance Management.

Secondary Skills

Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud

Description

10+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Applications.
Experience in the implementation of Oracle Sales Performance Management.
Experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud.
Experience in Configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit, and classification rules.
Experience in Oracle integration cloud.
Must have hands on experience in development of SQL, PLSQL to create custom rules.
Thorough understanding of Sales performance processes and incentive driven sales.
Experience in interacting with business to gather requirements.
