Job Description:

Role Overview:   

The purpose of this role is to implement and/or perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping. The EE Life Cycle Analyst often handles sensitive employee and company information and enquiries, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. 

Role Responsibilities:  

As an EE Life Cycle Analyst you will be responsible for:  

  • HR Data Management - carrying out a wide range of routine HR data processing tasks as directed (i.e., new hires, rehires, data changes, assignment changes, etc.); advising other colleagues and providing guidance on processes when needed. 

  • Document Management - utilizing knowledge management and case management systems to address, track and resolve HR inquires within Service Level Agreements 

  • Document Preparation: Preparing moderately complex documents using various applications for technology devices like standard office software. Also, responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports. 

  • Information and Business Advice - Resolving routine queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring complex issues to others. 

  • Internal Client Relationship Management - building effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contributing to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project. 

  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding - Initiating and monitoring the administration of onboarding and/or offboarding processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. 

What we're looking for: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role 

  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch language 

  • Adaptability 

  • Attention to detail 

  • Proficiency in working with Workday and ServiceNow
