Community Manager (Philippines)

This is a remote position.

Our client, an international leading blockchain company, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Community Manager to join their team. 

This role will be responsible for building and fostering a strong online community around our blockchain project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community management strategy across various platforms (Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Discord etc.)
  

• Create engaging content (articles, social media posts, AMAs) to educate and inform the community about blockchain technology and our client’s project
  

• Proactively manage online communities, address user inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
  

• Moderate online discussions, ensuring a positive and productive environment
  

• Identify and partner with KOLs in the Philippines blockchain space
  

• Collaborate with the marketing team on community-driven initiatives and events
  

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the blockchain and crypto space
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Filipino and English.
  

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
  

• Ability to create engaging and informative content
  

• A passion for blockchain technology and a strong desire to learn more
  

• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
  

• Experience with community management tools (Discord bots, etc.)
  

• Experience in graphic design or video editing
