National Account Manager – Shark Beauty

UK Remote

 

As we continue to grow our UK Beauty business, we are excited to add a National Account Manager - Beauty to our team. You will lead on high profile National Accounts within beauty, ensuring outstanding execution and sales growth whilst identifying the shopper trends and retailers where our audience shops. Commercially focused, you will use your negotiation and influencing skills to develop a strategic annual account plan that sets out the key objectives for Shark Beauty and the retail parterns with an ambition to forward plan at least on a rolling 12M period.

 

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. As the product landscape changes, the strategic vision and objectives will need to adapt to ensure we achieve growth with our key accounts delivering a strong ROI for the beauty category at SharkNinja.

  

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

 

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and ensure all needs are met
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Build the sales strategy for existing and new products launching in the UK market
  • Working closely to develop joint business plans that achieve the aspirations of the Shark Ninja business.
  • Delivering high impact Sales & activation strategies with retail partners
  • Working cross functionally with multiple departments in the business, such as operations, product Development, brand marketing and commercial planning to succeed in the category
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Deliver a key vision and strategy to drive transformational growth on the retail account base working closely with data to anticipate changes in retail landscape and shopper behaviour.
  • Work closely with trade marketing teams to ensure we deliver a high standard of execution online and offline to communicate the Shark Beauty vision to the consumer focusing on clear KPIs to drive ROI
