Your missions

Position Title: Virtual Assistant

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: June 2024

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT



Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming calls with flexibility, articulateness, and a conversational tone

  • Triage issues and provide basic information or escalate as necessary

  • Utilize ABS system to access and navigate client and employee records

  • Perform tasks such as scheduling and updating information as required

  • Manage mobile shift maintenance for all caregivers through BrightStar's ABS system

  • Conduct audits and follow-ups to ensure accuracy and completion of caregiving personnel information

  • Assist in managing caregiver applicants, conducting phone screenings, and updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to the onboarding process, including sending and following up on new hire paperwork and scheduling orientations

  • Monitor and follow up on expiring personnel documents such as CPR certifications, TB tests, and auto insurance

  • Document processes for the client's reference and ensure efficient system creation and maintenance

  • Assist with various administrative duties including document uploads, file audits, report generation, etc

  • Excellent communication and conversational skills

  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Intelligent and wise, with a knack for creating efficient systems

  • Strong ability to document procedures for client reference

  • Process-oriented with a focus on improving workflows

  • Tech-savviness is a plus

  • Ability to learn and adapt to different business software with minimal training

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Skilled in utilizing database systems efficiently

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
