At least 5 years of experience in IM/Media agencies, with experience in project management and team leadership, Strong passion and experience in digital marketing, social projects, and integrated campaigns, along with solid knowledge of marketing trends and social media platforms, Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent organizational, relational skills, and proactive mindset.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead shared service delivery operations for Media and Performance brands
- Oversee specific sub-practice delivery activities, ensuring excellence in client service
- Drive operational activities, focus on continuous improvement and best practices
- Cultivate a culture of operational excellence, problem-solving, root cause analysis
- Implement and assess local operational best practices, collaborate with the Head of Media Operations
