Job Position: Lead Coordinator
Location: Remote (PST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 1:00PM to 5:00 PM PST

Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Coordinator to actively manage inbound leads through our sales funnel, ensuring efficient processing and maximizing conversion rates. The Lead Coordinator will play a crucial role in streamlining our sales process by transferring sales arborists' notes into proposals, managing leads in our CRM (SingleOps), and overseeing the lead management process in project management software (ClickUp).

Responsibilities:

Transfer sales arborists' notes into proposals in SingleOps.
Input information from ClickUp into SingleOps.
Manage leads in ClickUp, ensuring all leads are captured, bids are scheduled, and proposals are sent and tracked.
Assist in following up with clients who haven't accepted or rejected proposals yet.

Requirements:

Ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience using project management software (e.g., ClickUp) and customer relationship management software (e.g., SingleOps) is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools.
Experience with lead management or sales coordination.
