Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Contractor Specialist to join our close-knit team. As the main point of contact between our clients and our contractors, you will play a crucial role in matching skilled professionals with exciting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between clients and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and successful placements.
• Utilize various channels, including social media and professional networks, to source potential contractors.
• Craft engaging recruiting messages to attract top contractors to our agency.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand client requirements and position specifications.
• Identify qualified contractors through effective sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches and social platform searches.
• Build and maintain contractor pipelines for future hiring needs, proactively sourcing contractors for upcoming roles.
• Solicit referrals from current contractors and external networks to expand our contractor pool.
• Maintain contractor databases using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate regularly with past contractors to keep them informed about new job opportunities.
• Engage in business development activities to find new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with contractors.
• Previous experience in a contractor sourcing or recruitment role preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings and social platform searches.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience in business development and new client outreach.
