Job description
Your missions
Our client, an important sports gaming house, is looking for a VIP Event Host to join their team. You will provide world class customer service on each venue for an event, such as Football or Basketball matches and company meetings.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide superior customer service to guests at events
● Provide event-related information to management, staff, and customers
● Support all operational and promotional effort
● Coordinate with event planners, caterers, and vendors, and resolve any issues to ensure
the event runs smoothly
● Provide assistance to high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events
● Operate with the highest level of responsibility regarding matters that affect the most
valuable players of the company
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
● 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building.
relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
● Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
● Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
● Familiarity with Online Gaming industry and keen interest in sports.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in Portuguese.
● Fluent in English (verbal and written).
● Mode of work: 100% Onsite (Hybrid or Remote model is not flexible).
