About the Role


We are looking for a Sr. IT Business Analyst to be part of a team that serves our clients developing tools to measure and increase the company's rate of innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and services. You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure that our applications are user-friendly and meet the needs of our customers.


As a Sr. IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating communication between clients and technical teams, and driving product innovation from a technical standpoint.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for software products and systems.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, engaging in discussions on product features, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Work closely with product engineers and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Participate in solution design sessions, offering insights and recommendations to optimize product architecture and functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, leveraging technical knowledge to streamline workflows and enhance product delivery.


Requirements


  • +5 years working as a business analyst focused on software development projects. 
  • Proven Experience working with projects from the discovery phase. 
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools and software.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
