Key responsabilities:
- Create, update training plans, select course content, oversee staff and budgets
- Develop training materials, coordinate training programs and logistics, and monitor effectiveness
- Identify training needs aligned with organizational goals and implement various methods
- Review and analyze system specifications, evaluate training programs, instructors, and materials
- Stay updated on new training topics and techniques, provide regular management reports
