Your missions

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team, responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from content creation to project management. The ideal candidate will possess advanced photo and video editing skills, strong project management abilities (experience with tools like Monday.com is a plus), and expertise in lead generation, CRM, and data scraping to support outbound strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Photo/Video Editing: Create and edit visual content.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects and ensure timely completion; experience with tools like Monday.com is a plus.
  • Lead Generation/CRM/Data Scraping: Develop outbound touch strategies and manage CRM systems.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Listing Management: Maintain and update new and existing listings.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents, possibly using tools like Docusign.
  • Marketing: Execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • General Organization: Organize and maintain company records and files.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars and scheduling.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to support business decisions.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and create content for social media accounts.
  • Tool Proficiency: Use tools like Compass Platforms, Local MLS Services, Constant Contact, Later.com, Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Zoom, MS Office, Google Suite, Calendly, Slack, and networking websites.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work the graveyard shift.
  • Ability to create and edit visual content.
  • Proven ability to oversee projects and ensure timely completion; familiarity with tools like Monday.com is a plus.
  • Proficiency in developing outbound touch strategies and managing CRM systems.
  • Capability to develop, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in maintaining and updating new and existing listings.
  • Competence in preparing documents, potentially using tools like Docusign.
  • Ability to execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Capacity to organize and maintain company records and files.
  • Skill in managing calendars and scheduling tasks.
  • Experience in conducting market research to support business decisions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
