QUALITY ENGINEER BE-MECH Industry Panel Board/Fabrication Exp-2-4 Please find the below Job description (JD) for Quality Engineer Mechanical Dept. Knowledge of handling Root-Cause, Corrective-Action, non-conformity of complaints Knowledge of quality assurance plan (QAP) for the projects. Maintaining the validation of monitoring and measuring resources (quality measuring instruments) Knowledge of Welding qualification and process validation. Knowledge of Standard operating procedure & work instructions Coordination with CPRI (Central Power Research Institute) for IP testing of panels / Bare enclosures Eg. IP-55, IP-65, IP-66 etc. Inspection of incoming and in-process mechanical items (sheets, hardwares) etc. Process checking and inspection of materials in powder coating & pretreatment process. Mechanical Final inspection of C& R panels, LV panels, enclosures, wall mount boxes. Customer handling during FAT or virtual inspection. Preparing MOM & final inspection reports Knowledge of Supplier audit. Knowledge of ISO / Integrated Management System (IMS). Any other additional requirements.
