Automotive Product Manager

RTI is looking for a Product Manager to lead the definition and launch of innovative and safe products that accelerate the adoption of software-defined and autonomous vehicles.  

Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy by understanding market trends, gathering requirements, and prioritizing features.
• Define the product roadmap, communicate vision, and develop supporting collateral.
• Craft compelling responses to RFPs from OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Skills & Experience:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of product or technical program management experience.
• Strong understanding of business and technical problems, including product management functions.
• Experience with Software-Defined Vehicles and automotive production programs.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434).
• Experience with safety platforms, safety hypervisors, and networking (DDS, CAN Bus, SOME/IP) in safety environments.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of market trends and technical concepts of safety platforms for autonomous systems in other markets.
• Familiarity with ROS 2 ecosystem and robotics.
• Experience with ADAS/Autonomous driving platforms.
• Leadership abilities or MBA.
