Oracle Retail Manager Consultant

Summary 
Senior functional and/or technical consultant in the Oracle Retail Product Suite to join leading team in implementations across Latinamerican continent.  
Type of Employment: Permanent
Work Location: Mexico (remote)
Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies 

• Manage teams in defining business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. 

• Support elaboration or proposals for services during sales cycles for services, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process 

• Ability to perform and conduct workshops and meetings to develop client solutions 

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree 
• Experience 10 + years 
• English language fluency is mandatory.
• Technical domain knowledge for retail applications
• Technical expertise on RMS, SQL, PL SQL, RIB, Java and RSB a plus
• Oracle knowledge

Experience:

• Experienced functional or technical consultants in the Oracle Retail Product Suite (RMS, ReSa, RPM, ReIM, Alloc)
• Experience in Oracle Retail Suite including RMS with benefit of experience in other applications part of Oracle Retail portfolio
• Functional and business skills with experience developing and managing functional specifications
• Experience mentoring more junior members of the team 
• Written and verbal presentation skills in Spanish and English 
• Previous experience in projects for Retail transformation
