Imagine Your Impact.

The Partner Engagement Specialist works on a team of highly skilled professional development specialists as the pedagogical expert, developing and organizing professional development for prospective and current clients. They provide account support, leading the pilot process, and maintaining customer feedback loop to the organization.

 

Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.

 

Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $63,410 and $75,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

 

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote from your home office in California. Ideal candidate must live in California.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually, covering subjects such as Math, Science, ELA, and Social Studies for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and account management to existing clients, fostering trust and rapport with teachers, staff, and district leaders.
  • Conduct professional development trainings and monitor renewals across various product lines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support clients throughout their journey, from initial interest to renewal.
  • Oversee district initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and conversion from pilot programs to full adoption.
  • Define customer segmentation and support models, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of partner engagement and serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Customer Service, Account Executives, and other Professional Development teams.
  • Be prepared to travel to schools and districts to deliver high-quality professional development sessions, with potential for 30-50% travel.
  • Fulfill any other responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Sales, Marketing, Account Management or relevant field, and a minimum of 5+ years of sales or account management experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • A master’s degree in education, Educational Technology or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications required; experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Must have experience and subject matter expertise in one or more Core subject/content areas.
  • Ability to understand on-going market trends and align campaigns to relevant projects and programs.
  • Knowledge of industry accepted best practices and tools.
  • Strong multi-tasking, project management, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong verbal, written, and presentation proficiency.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
