We are looking for an engaged and passionate Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce) to join our growing Engineering Team and be part of the team which manages our analytics & event platform stack.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operation of business-critical features that add customer value on top of Voice. Best practices, evangelization, and mentoring in your team and across the whole of Engineering will be part of your day to day job.
Quality, excellence, and agility drive our delivery processes and you will help us level these up. Using a variety of back-end stacks, appropriate for each requirement, but always hosted on AWS, we build added value and resilient services on top of voice and AI capabilities, and fully integrated with our customers’ business critical tools (CRM, Helpdesk, E-Commerce, …)
Your mission @ Aircall:Participate in requirements analysis to help with providing the right technical and business solutions for our customersHave key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modulesWrite clean scalable code and test and deploy applications and systemsRevise, update, refactor, and debug codeBe part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clientsInvolvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoringMentor team members
A little about you:You have worked at least 4+ years in salesforce integrations with other systems.You have experience of working on sprint planning and estimations of the user stories deliverables by using an agile methodology.You must have experience of Web Service Callouts from Salesforce to External Applications using SOAP and REST API.You must have experience of working in Custom REST API.You have at least 3+ years experience in detailed analysis of technical requirements of the business and designed the solution by using platform based technologies like Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, Apex and Web Services.You must have worked on designing and developing highly customized front end screens using Aura components, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. You have worked extensively with AWS in a production environment and understand how to design for, deploy on and get the best out of, the environment and services provided by AmazonYou can talk easily and spontaneously about most of the offerings on AWS, when to use them, and how, and can explain to junior engineersSecurity is at the forefront of your mind in everything that you do #LI-MC1Nice to have: experience in backend development with preferably a typed language (Typescript/Node.js, Java, Scala)
