Overview
As a part of the Digital team, you are the driving force behind how we transform our business to be more data-driven and efficient. This includes both small changes in day-to-day operations and large paradigm shifts across our global organization. From digitizing business services to assisting our product development team in IoT implementations, you will play a key role in helping LIXIL fulfill our purpose. Responsibilities
AS America Inc., d/b/a American Standard Brands in Piscataway, New Jersey seeks a SAP Business Intelligence Analyst to perform detailed business analysis and design of complex business process requirements applying SAP BW/4 HANA Modelling for ADSO and Open ODS, Extraction and loading of data from Sales Stats (0UC SALES STATS 02) and Mass Extraction Activity for FI-CA: BP Items, Payments and Payments Lot, Promise to Pay, Installment Plans, Settlement Documents, Returns and Checks principles; provide appropriate SAP BI system solutions using development standards and software development lifecycle process in partnership with cross-functional business teams across different regions like USA, Mexico, Canada, Germany, Japan; monitor system loads using HANA cockpit, enhancement of reports and inquiries, and current production support tasks in partnership with cross-functional teams, including the Finance- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance - General Ledge, and Extractors; plan and develop field-based and info object based DSO’s, Transformations, Composite providers and Open ODS views; plan and develop complex data flow objects with multiple DSO’s, including sales, billing and forecast tables and data-source extraction applying ODP and SLT connection principles; perform requirement gathering for development, data modelling and designing reports as per the business requirements; install Business Intelligence Technical Content; establish connectivity between the SAP BW Info-Cubes/BEX Queries with Tableau 9 and designing Tableau inquiries for the end users; import KPI (Key Performance Indicator) from legacy systems and ticket systems to Power BI via SAP BW InfoCubes; assist the end users to facilitate their jobs on the Portal for ESS (Employee Self Services) and MSS (Manager Self Services) applying FI-CA, CO, IS-U Billing, IS-U Customer Service and IS-U Device Management; provide portal reports and develop PL/SQL Procedures for large loads special for IS-U (Installation Facts, Contract Accounts); design HANA Attributes Vies, and HANA Analytical Views for sales stats extractor loads and the Open ODS (Using Database Tables/ Views) in SAP HANA Studio for SAP BW/4 HANA; develop DB Statistics, Aggregation, OLAP Cache, Compression, Indexes and Partitioning through load performance tuning and Report performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field, or its foreign equivalent.
- Must have 8 years of experience in job offered or related position.
- Must have 8 years of experience with the following:
- IT experience which includes multiple end to end SAP implementation and upgrade projects;
- extracting data from SAP ECC (MM, SD, PP,FI/CO) using different extraction structures such as LIS, LO Cockpit, CO-PA and generic extractors;
- various technologies like SAP ECC, BW, HANA, BOBJ, Analytics Cloud; SAP BW data modeling on developing Info Objects, Data Store objects, InfoCubes, InfoSets, MultiProvider, Openhub, APD, Transformation, info packages and DTP’s;
- designing and implementing BEX queries and workbooks with Calculated and Restricted Key figures, Structures and Cell definitions;
- ABAP programming to handle user exits and BW routines using knowledge of SAP function modules (SD, MM PP&FI) and SAP APO; and
- Business Objects admin work experience, including creating and managing user access, content security, jobs scheduling, services monitoring.
- Must have 7 years of experience utilizing the following Business Objects tools: WEBI, Crystal reports, Design studio, Widgets and Analysis office.
- Must have 5 years of experience in HANA advanced modeling objects like Advanced DSO, Composite Providers, Dynamic Tiring, HANA Views.
- Must have 3 years of development experience with Lumira Designer dashboards.
- The position requires up to 5% domestic and up to 5% international travel.
- Telecommuting work permitted; position permits remote work throughout the United States up to five days per week.
Hiring Range
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
Other Compensation (if applicable): This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Sales Incentive plan.
